IN-PIT-CRUSHING AND CONVEYING
The pay mineral shall be crushed at pit bottom and shall be transported out of pit by conveyor. We have designed many applications and have also developed “mine optimisation program” to find out specific cost/ton and also cumulative cost by discounted cash flow at any desired NPV. With our calculation package, it will be convenient to compare cost between truck transport and conveyor transport at various stage of mine progress.
LARCODEMS (Large Coal Dense Media Separation System)
This is an advanced coal beneficiation technology introduced by British Coal. Presently we are representing JMC, UK in India who owns LARCODEMS technology from British Coal.

APPLICATION OF UHMW-PE LINEAR
Application of UHMW-PE liner for dumper and silo for ensuring smooth unloading of coal & iron ore for sticky material from dumper, increase in life of dumper and reduce cost of transport and also smooth emptying of silo/hopper during rainy season
We have a developed an unique video showing comparison between dumpers with and without liner and also solution for lining in the dumper body, Such video not being available readily, we have specially made this highly value added video on UHMW-PE lining in a dumper.
